Take Classes or Come to Camp

Valley Youth Theatre (VYT) is proud to announce our 2008-2009 Performing Arts Class Schedule. This season we will offer several classes that will provide professional training for theatre enthusiasts ages 3-17.

For 20 years, VYT has trained young people in Arizona in all aspects of the theatre arts and the lessons of life.

Our comprehensive program offers weekday and weekday classes as well as week-long workshops for students of all experience levels. We provide workshops in Beginning-Intermediate Acting, Acting for Teens, Musical Theatre, Improvisation, Story-Telling and Play Building, Audition Prep, plus one-on-one instruction.

VYT's staff of theatre professionals includes:

VYT guest instructors include local artists Jef Rawls, Leah Long and Darrin Contessa as well as Kelli James (Broadway's Les Miserables) and Anthony Rapp (Broadway's Rent and You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown as well as the Oscar-winning film A Beautiful Mind). VYT's Performing Arts Classes are designed to provide students with a well-rounded musical theatre education.
