Audition Schedule

All auditions are scheduled to take place at 525 N. First Street, Phoenix.



Disney's Aida (Musical)

May 19 and 20 at 4pm

Treasure Island (Musical)

August 19 and 20 at 4pm

A Winnie the Pooh Christmas Tail (Musical)

October 14 and 16 at 4pm

A Midsummer Night's Dream

November 3 and 4 at 5pm

Seussical The Musical (Musical)

January 5 and 6 at 4pm

Geppetto and Son (Musical)

February 16 and 17 at 4pm


Dates are subject to change.

Applicants should bring a photograph clearly showing their face, and a resume of past theatrical experience, if applicable (past stage experience helps, but is not a requirement). Troupes Auditions


Monday, January 7th
4:00 - 6:00 PM - Playmakers
4:30 - 6:00 PM - VYTeens
6:00 - 8:00 PM - Improv

Playmaker Auditions - Auditioners are required to sing 16 bars of a song (acapella or with accompaniment cd) and recite a one minute monologue or poem. Headshots and resumes are optional.

VYTeen Auditions - Same requirements as Playmakers, except monologue must be from a play.

Improv Auditions - Auditioners do not need to prepare anything. They must come dressed ready to move around. Auditioners are required to stay the entire length of the workshop. Directors are looking for willingness to "jump-in", performance quality, and at least a minimal knowledge/experience with improvisation.
