Valley Youth Theatre (VYT) is proud to announce our 2007-2008
Performing Arts Class Schedule. This season we will offer several classes
that will provide professional training for theatre enthusiasts ages 3-17.
For eighteen years, VYT has trained young people in Arizona
in all aspects of the theatre arts and the lessons of life. Our
comprehensive program offers weekday and weekday classes as well
as week long workshops for students of all experience levels.
VYT's staff of theatre professionals -- made up of alumni from
the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Second City and Pacific
Conservatory of Performing Arts -- is committed to giving students
a professional theatre education, enlisting outside experts
to share their real-world experience.
Recent VYT guest instructors include Kelli James (Broadway's Les
Miserables) and Anthony Rapp (Broadway's Rent and You're a
Good Man, Charlie Brown as well as the Oscar-winning film A
Beautiful Mind). VYT's Young Actors Conservatory is designed
to provide students with a well-rounded musical theatre education.
